1Resource Group has a great Direct Hire position for a Sale Manager in Baytown, TX. This role will be reporting directly to the Commercial Director and will interact with all departments across the business. This role will drive and grow Sales and Margin in North America, through development and management of new and existing business opportunities. They will be responsible for development of key customer relationships relevant to the success of Company in the USA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and use Colloids technical resources to develop new products and services in conjunction with existing clients and prospects.
Responsible for customer relationships.
Achieve local sales targets taking profitability into account
Assist in producing business plans and accurate forecasts which reflect the immediate and long-term needs of the business and which represent sustainable growth opportunities within the Companies key market sectors.
Participate in trade shows/ conferences
Develop existing customer portfolio, including growth and retention strategies
Strongly drive business development with new customers in Colloids target market sectors.
Report on status of the territory and new business development
